SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping/Delivery Information: Our products are shipped to the contiguous United States only.

All of our products are shipped via the United States Postal service using a flat rate cost. The actual cost will be shown upon checkout.

Please call us at 918.986.4410 if other shipping arrangements are desired. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be discussed with customer based upon their desired shipping method.

In addition, if you are desiring to place a product order to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at 918.986.4410 for directions and shipping costs.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

Returns/Refunds: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to exchange the product for a new one. Shipping will be at our expense.

15 day Right of Return: If you decide you want to return the item for any reason, please contact us at 918.986.4410 within 15 days of receipt of item, to notify us of your intent to return. The item MUST be in new and unused condition, returned in original packaging, with original invoice. A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund, and shipping is the customer’s expense. If a product is returned in used, and/or damaged condition, a refund will not be issued. We do not offer refunds for modified, used, or damaged equipment.

Cancellation Policy: If you decide you want to cancel an order once it is placed and processed, you have 3 days from the date of purchase and prior to shipping, to notify us that you want to cancel your order. All canceled orders will be refunded minus a 5% Cancellation Fee to cover our credit card processing fees.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty: Lifetime warranty applies to the JTAC-Thunder Chassis system only. Manufacturing and materials are warranted against defects and failures as long as you own your chassis. The Cerakote finish also has a lifetime warranty including chips to the finish that result from normal wear and tear. Customer pays shipping to and from JMS Tactical LLC for any warranty service performed. The original invoice should be maintained to prove ownership, and a copy sent with the chassis for any service work done. If ownership of the chassis is transferred, the lifetime warranty is voided. We reserve the right to void the lifetime warranty if any modifications are made to the chassis, or in the event it is used outside of the product recommended uses.

CREDIT CARD HOLDERS

Credit Card Holders: Credit Card orders are processed and credit cards are charged immediately through our payment gateway using Authorize.net. We strongly recommend that all credit card users maintain a copy of their transaction and their original invoice.

Customer Service: JMS Tactical LLC is committed to excellent customer service. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order. Email confirmation will be sent upon shipping of the order to the email address provided at the time of the order. JMS Tactical LLC is committed to respond to all customer service within 2 days inquiries via email, or phone.
